We are proud to announce that we have reached the final stop of the journey of our Molami video series!
For the last year we have had the pleasure of following Swedish pop sensation Icona Pop around and together we have experienced some of their landmark appearances.
From Coachella in April of 2012 to SWERGIE Berlin 2013, we have seen them grow from talented artists to full-fledged celebrities!
The interview was made during New York Fashion Week in September 2012, at the Mondrian Soho, and we talked about their recent successes, their goals, their passions, travel and the creativity that drives them!
We met up with Creative Advisor of Fashion Networks Europe and Fashion Editor of STYLEBY, our blogger Columbine Smille!
We caught her in London and Stockholm and talked about her daily inspirations, and working as a stylist, editor and blogger!
Molami took part in the second stop on the Swergie world tour, this time in Berlin during Berlin Fashion week.
More than 1,500 celebrities, journalists, bloggers, fashionistas and partygoers came out to see live sets by Icona Pop, Elliphant, Acid Washed, Christian Olofsson of Fibes, Oh Fibes as well as DJ sets by Moneybrother and Pelle from the Hives, and many others.
Performances took place across Radialsystem V’s two main rooms, including a live dance performance and catwalk show by Molami.
Johnny and Fanita, DJ Fjodor and Sanna La Fleur kept the tunes coming in the Bedouin tent, and those in the Spotify VIP lounge were treated to sounds by Michael Beck of one of Germany’s most iconic hip hop groups, Die Fantastischen Vier.
Swergie made its debut at Cirkus in Stockholm on August 28, 2012, during Stockholm Fashion Week. The concert tour will continue its trek around the world, with the next party to be announced soon. Find out more about Swergie and see the latest pictures from the event here.
One of the many amazing acts performing at Swergie Berlin this Wednesday is Icona Pop!
They are featured on all the important “Best of 2011″ lists published recently, so this is no doubt going to be an exciting year for the duo!
They went platinum in Australia a few weeks ago, was awarded “Most Stylish Duo” by Swedish ELLE and toured the US for with headlining shows and as a part of the Marina and the Diamonds tour!
They are longtime friends of ours so Molami met up with them last time they went to New York!
The interview will be published here soon!
We’re heading to Germany next week for Swergie as it continues its trek around the globe, this time making its stop in Berlin during fashion week.
The line-up will include Freshnet friends Icona Pop, Moneybrother, Pelle Almqvist of The Hives, Elliphant, Acid Washed, among other musicians, models and personalities.
We’re so excited to be a part of it all!
Find out more about Swergie here!
Swergie launched during Stockholm Fashion week in August 2012, and will continue to other fashion weeks across the globe including Berlin, New York City, Paris, Tokyo, Milam and Shanghai.
It is a new year and we have a new teaser video for you, this time it is in anticipation of our interview with up and coming Swedish fashion editor and blogger Columbine Smille!
We have soon arrived at the fourth part of our video series; Columbine Smille!
Columbine is the celebrated Fashion Editor of STYLEBY and a key part of the Freshnet Family. We met up with her in London and on set in Stockholm, and we get to witness her signature minimalist elegance.

The amazing BryanBoy was in Stockholm for a few days this fall after the Fashion Season.
We followed him around as he took a look at the spring collections and we sat down to talk to him about his style, what makes someone’s style unique, what inspires him and what got him started in fashion!
This was a year with no shortage of fashion moments.
Yes, 2012 was the year Brad Pitt became the face of Chanel (it was Inevitable, after all), the year of highly anticipated designer debuts (hello Hedi Slimane and Raf Simons!) and the year of maverick designer house appointments (involving a certain Mr. Wang and a legendary European fashion house).
Most recently, it was also the year Kanye West sported a pleated Givenchy leather skirt on stage during a benefit concert in New York. Can’t blame him there; we’d happily wear that piece just about anywhere.
A great year for fashion indeed.
Looking back though, it became clear to us that 2012 was also the year headphones finally had their time in the sartorial limelight.
No longer a standard, off-the-assembly-line technical gadget, headphones have claimed their stake as a staple in our accessories collections and have broken ground as a fashion piece in their own right.
We want what we wear to reflect who we are and have even extended that to the technology we use. Luxurious fabrics, avant-garde design and classic color combinations mean we can make that statement in a way that actually complements our wardrobes and our lifestyles.
How so very now.

This week it is time for the legendary blog-pioneer BryanBoy, who we caught days after fashion season ended, when he came to Stockholm to rest up.
But fashion seldom sleeps and neither does he, so we caught him during Stockholm’s press days and sat down to talk about being a style icon, his career and what he thinks makes someone unique!

Today we arrive at the third installment of our video interview series!
We met up with Rumi Neely of Fashiontoast fame when she swung by Stockholm a few months ago after a hectic fashion season.
Rumi and the team decided to take a tour of the city’s largest park, Djurgården, and talk about her life as a blogger and traveling the world to for inspiration!
Canadian model Coco Rocha loves her Molami Pleat White and Gold. So much so, she posted this pic on her blog oh-so-coco.tumbler.com a few months ago.
The picture is simply too good not to share with you now and great for inspiration on how to style your Molami headphones. The angular silhouette is really complemented by a classic smoky eye and bright red lip.
Next up in the interview series is Rumi Neely of Fashiontoast fame!
We met up on a colorful fall day in Stockholm, Sweden, during one of her rare visits and talked about life as a blogger, inspiration and traveling.
Margaux Lonnberg is a jack of many trades. Her blog The Killing Moon chronicles her life and her inspirations as she designs her own label, collaborates with magazines and other style icons.
If you haven’t seen her shot by a streetstyle photographer by day, you have probably seen her at one of the hotspots in Paris by night!
We talked to her on a beautiful afternoon in Paris after we walked through the Marais and Île Saint-Louis.
We recently shot new campaign images for Molami. Take a look behind the scenes and find out what it’s like to be on set with photographer Martin Vallin.
In a few days we will present the second installment of our video series, it is time for Parisian designer, blogger and all-around cool kid Margaux Lonnberg of The Killing Moon!
We met up with Margaux on a sunny day in Paris and followed her around the Marais and Île Saint-Louis.
The video will be up on Thursday!
We’re taking on the ‘little black’ tradition this season. You know the drill – the little black bag, little black jacket, little black dress – it’s that wardrobe staple that simply goes with everything.
Our brand new Black on Black collection, which is available exclusively online as of today, is our take on the ‘little black’ piece, but with a Molami edge.
Inspired by dark cityscapes and industrialized urban environments, we played with subtle contrasts in texture and finish in this collection. Deep black embossed and matte leathers are paired against slick metals, accentuating Molami’s structural silhouettes. The remote and plug are coated with a smooth finish using electroplating – an edgy contrast to the luxurious fabrics used across the line. All in deep black, of course, making them the perfect little black addition to your accessories collection.
Molami Black on Black will be available in premium fashion and audio boutiques in early 2013, but if you’re keen to snap up a pair now, we’re also offering free shipping and gift wrapping through to December 16. Buy them HERE.
We traveled to New York and Paris to talk to Elin about the streetstyle scene, her job and the fashion week circuit.
Elin welcomed us to her New York rooftop. We then followed her to Paris where we followed her around during a shoot for STYLEBY
We’ve arrived at the launch of our video interview series, and first up is none other than Elin Kling!
We met up with Elin during NYFW and followed her to Paris to talk to her about her style, her job and the fashion week circuit.
The video will be published here tomorrow!
